Airline Discount

We have a discount agreement with American Airlines that is valid from Aug 8 - 23, 2010 for travel to London, UK.

You will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable published airfare and will need to refer to the Promotion Code 3780AM.

To make a discount reservation, you can call AA at 1-800-433-1790 from anywhere in the United States or Canada or go to www.AA.com  and refer to your Promotion Code.

There will also be a separate ticketing charge of $20.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $30.00 USD for tickets purchased at the airport.  This amount is subject to change.  At this time there is no ticketing fee for reservations made and ticketed on www.AA.com. 

Airport and Flight Information

The nearest transatlantic airports are London Heathrow (LHR) and London Gatwick (LGW). You can check prices at both Heathrow and Gatwick. The Reunion team will be providing a coach from Heathrow but there is public transportation from both airports.

Booking Flight times

When booking your flight into London you will most likely be taking an overnight flight. If you want to take the shuttle that leaves Heathrow at 1PM, you will need to arrive before 11 or 11:30 AM. This will give you enough time to make your way through customs and get your luggage. If your flight gets in later than that you will need to make your own way to Gaunts House through public transportation. 

For the departing flight on the 16th, there will be a shuttle from Gaunts House to Heathrow. The time of the shuttle departure will be determined from the passengers flight times. It will be sometime in the morning.
